We struggled to find the second elevator while dragging our luggage up the stairs. Additionally, we noticed some ants in the kitchen, which was a bit concerning. Not having any staff available for support on a holiday weekend definitely added to our frustration, especially considering we had to find another place to stay the first night. The beds were comfortable, and the layout was nice, but the maintenance issues really detracted from the experience.
