From skeptic to superfan
Customer service was absolutely top-notch. the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The studio with balcony felt like a cozy oasis—perfectly clean and well stocked for everything you might need during your stay.
The building had poor maintenance, with broken elevators and confusing entry systems. I had to wait outside due to access issues, which was frustrating in the heat, and the surroundings appeared unkempt.

The studio apartment felt comfortable and well-equipped, making it easy to cook and relax during my stay. However, I encountered some issues with cleanliness in common areas, and navigating the entrance was somewhat confusing. Overall, it’s a nice spot for families but could use improvements in maintenance and accessibility.

Super convenient location for our family! We loved being close to all the attractions! It made our six-night stay a breeze!
The Wi-Fi was slower than my grandma's knitting—bless her. And can someone fix that squeaky door? It sounded like a ghost!

Spacious and cozy with great views
I had a fantastic one-night stay in a spacious studio with a balcony that offered stunning views of downtown. The self-check-in process was seamless, and the location was perfect, just a short walk away from local attractions, including the Cowboys Stadium. One area for improvement would be to ensure that the noise sensors are more clearly communicated to guests, as it was a bit unsettling for me.

The two-bedroom apartment offered a spacious layout, perfect for a family. The self check-in process was seamless, allowing for easy access after a long journey.
While the apartment itself was clean, the common areas left much to be desired. Hallways looked neglected, with trash in places, and the parking garage had a broken gate, raising safety concerns. I encountered several issues within the apartment, including wobbly bed frames and non-working outlets, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Though not major problems, the noise from the nearby road was noticeable and might disrupt light sleepers. The kitchen drawers and bathroom towel rack needing repairs were minor annoyances that prevented the overall experience from feeling polished.

The two-bedroom apartment felt like a cozy retreat. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals, including good quality pots and pans. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the apartment, making it inviting. However, the elevator was out of service during my stay, and with no staff on site, getting to my room on the sixth floor became a hassle. We struggled to find the second elevator while dragging our luggage up the stairs. Additionally, we noticed some ants in the kitchen, which was a bit concerning. Not having any staff available for support on a holiday weekend definitely added to our frustration, especially considering we had to find another place to stay the first night. The beds were comfortable, and the layout was nice, but the maintenance issues really detracted from the experience.
